June Focus – Survivors Posted on June 22, 2007 by hugs1209 Relay For Life—Sponsored by the American Cancer Society in Parker County. This was to honor the survivors of cancer and their families. The relay went through the darkness of night into the light of the new day. Hugs For Humanity members were present providing hugs, along with words of honor and gratitude for the beginning of their long relay. People who have been effected by cancer know the strength and power of a hug as it has helped many of them through their journey.
